    Can anyone recommend a free site to learn to play guitar via tabs?

    I'm also kind of surprised that nobody has been posting tabs of various songs in here.

    Are you wanting to learn how to read guitar tabs or just how to play certain songs?

    Check out Swappano (Google it). It's where people send and swap music books, and many of them are guitar tabs.

    Maybe explain a bit more about what you're trying to do exactly and you're level of knowledge?

    www.ultimate-guitar.com has a section with tabs, and there are quite a few there.

    Are you wanting to learn how to read guitar tabs or just how to play certain songs?

    Maybe explain a bit more about what you're trying to do exactly and
    you're level of knowledge?

    I'm wanting to learn to play. I used to be pretty good at playing by ear, but that when I was like 11 or 12. Haven't done anything with a guitar other that tune one in 40 years.
