The following are some links to terminal software for various platforms. My current favorite is SyncTerm, but I like NetRunner and mTelnet as well - I think they have more of an old-school interface much like BBS terminal software in the 80s and 90s. For Android, ConnectBot isn't 100% ANSI-BBS compatible, but it's still the best I've seen for Android for use with BBSes.
