Stand-up: Even 3 hours of exercise won t fix the damage caused by sitting continuously.
If you work a desk job, stand up and take a break every hour.
Sunlight: Most people are deficient in Vitamin-D. Soak up 10 mins of sunlight at least 2
times a week. Sunlight is also a natural antidepressant.
Turn off notifications: They make you attention deficit and unable to be productive. Turn
off all notifications for the time period you are working.
Meditate: Just start with 10mins a day. It increases grey-matter in your brain which is
linked to so many positive benefits (focus, emotional control etc.)
Uncomfortable: Do something new every day. It could be going to work using a different
route or talking to a new person. It will make you an interesting person.
Exercise: I don t need to sell exercise right? It makes you feel good and also good for
your health. It s awesome!
Self-care: In this hustle 24/7 world self-care can be considered as weak but it s not. If
you don t take care of yourself who will? Do things you like, maybe listen to music your
life, read fiction etc.
