Walking is very important, as specialists believe that when you age, this begins with
    your lower extremities.

Walking alone is not really exercise, as this is just a short and leisurely pace. Walking,
on the other hand, can be considered exercise if done at a rapid pace for a considerable
    length of time.

If you are looking for exercise, jogging is good for the entire body, while walking is not
hazardous at any age. There is also the risk of falling present for senior citizens.

Other exercises may also not suit every individual. The elderly and the sick should
consider walking as it is less risky for them.

Jogging is not safe if one has high blood pressure. It should not be handled alone.

If you want the best exercise, consult a health expert. They will recommend it according
to your age, health condition, medications, diet, and other aspects.

Overeating needs extra exercises to work out the extra calories that help in digestion.

Other physical exercises will assist the body to digest food. Physical exercises and
exercise bring assistance to the digestion process.

Walking very important because old age begin from your legs according to some experts.

Walking alone not really enough exercise if it is short and slow .

But if you are walking long and moderately fast or brisk walking it is giving enough
    exercise.

If you looking for exercise for full body jogging is good but walking not risky in any age.

Still there is risk of falling for elderly people.

Other exercises are not suitable for everyone. for old age and sick people walking is less
    risky.

If you have high bp then jogging is risky. Do not do it alone.

If you looking for best exercise consult a medical expert. They can suggest it according
to your age, sickness, medications, diet etc.

If you eat too much you need more exercise to burn calories that help digestion.

More physical activities need to support body in digestion process like small walk after a
    big meal.

Exercise and physical activities help digestion process.

    Digestion is a natural process

Thank and praise Lord Jesus for your food and health regularly that will improve your
health mentally and physically that is my experience

If you read and hear Bible regularly and forgive to other people then your mental health
will improve dramatically. Mental health more important than physical health.
