The problem with me is that I rarely get up before 9am local time,
and really don't have an appetite until midday.
For those rare exceptions, I'll either eat something here, or (if
I have extra funds) order something through DoorDash, especially if
there is a "BOGO" (buy one, get one) promotion.
I may have mentioned this before, but my main diet lately has been,
per meal...
1) Two Starkist Tuna Creation varieties Sandwiches. These include Deli
Style (original), Bacon Ranch, Hickory Smoke, Honey Barbecue, Lemon
Pepper, plus Herb N Garlic).
2) One Hormel Compleats meal. These include spaghetti, chicken alfredo,
turkey and dressing, or either grilled chicken or roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy.
3) I wash it all down with sugar free grape drink mix.
Stressed spelled backwards is "Desserts", but I'm considering taking
these out of my diet. I've ordered assortments of Grandma's Cookies,
and the Lemon Oreos, for when I need a sugar boost...or something to
keep me awake. However, I'm down to 245...but need to get some more
holes punched in the belt, or my pants are going south for the winter
early. <G>
