Why do people experience gas, bloating, or acidity even when they eat 'healthy' food?
It depends on your 'gut' ability to digest some foods, including 'healthy' ones.
Often some vegetables and fruits are not digested easily for some folks who need to eat
in smaller bites and chew longer so that the saliva in the mouth can produce enough
microbes to break them down before swallowing.
Often it isn't that you re not eating healthily, but because your digestive system is not
able to process some healthy foods well or at all.
For example, many people can t drink milk or eat cheese if they are lactose intolerant.
Some people can t digest acidic foods easily without GERD happening, etc.
The result is bloating and pain, diarrhea or constipation.
Pay attention to what you ate if these issues appear and if they are long-term symptoms, your body just can't adapt over time, then eliminate those foods because, in
the end, while they are 'healthy' for others, they may not be 'healthy' for you.
