    hormones, genetics, chronic inflammation, and diet high in animal fats increase the risk of
    abnormal cell growth.

    Yes, I like many men my age have BPH. Benign Prostate Hypoplasty. MY PSA is constantly being checked just in case! I was on Prostate medication, but it majorly interfered with ejaculations. I don't need to catheterize as long as I'm not on anti-cholinergics.
