    Ok, I'm on the first day of 1/2 dosage. Still pretty obvious that it's
    making a difference with Energy and Mood. Pretty neat. I went from a zero before to about a 4 on each.

    I'm on day 11 of the full dosage. I've noticed a much higher level of energy and recall has improved quite a bit as well. This is pretty nice. My focus still hasn't increased.
