    These four habits will change your life within six months. They are not easy, but, if you
    can stick to them every day, your life will be radically different.

    Meditate daily as soon as you wake up (15 to 30 minutes) to clear your mind and make
    sure that any negative energy from the night doesn t carry over into the day.

    I call this "hammock time." You don t need to sit up and close your eyes if you don t
    want to.

    You can even sip a coffee or tea and focus on the sky or something close to you. Be
    alone and stay present.

    Exercise for 30 minutes and sweat.
    Exercise activates BDNF (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor) which helps with brain
    function and health, especially with memory.
    Exercise also releases endorphins, which make you feel good   overall an energy and
    confidence booster.

    Take a daily cold shower. That's the real gamechanger.
    There are so many good reasons why you should do this.

    I have been taking cold showers for a long time, and I will never go back.

    Plan your weeks and days 15 minutes before going to bed.
    I have an agenda called the Phoenix planner.
    I set up my 3-month goals, my weekly goals and my daily to-do lists.

    When I start my day, all I need to do is look at my tasks and execute.

    I don t have to go through the painful process of organizing my day in the morning.
    Instead, I use my precious morning focus for completing the most important tasks of the
    day.

    If you master these four habits for a minimum of 6 months, you will propel your life
    forward by five years. The power of focus and energy combined will make you unstoppable.
