I am planning to have some kind of automatically added listings, via fsx_dat. You will be able to advertise your BBS on fsx_dat and those who choose to can import entries. That is still in the works though.

sounds cool... I spent today (and am still doing so) hosting visiting family.. so not too much BBS time this weekend. Did some tidying up
of the computer area today when I did have some spare time. Hoping to
get back to my Linux box in the coming days.
It's safe to delete the bbslist.sq3, but I left it there if you want to move data across manually.

I've written up a wiki page to explain how to do it. It seems to work ok so far.

When adding a BBS at the telnet url stage it just sits there, once
I hit enter it never goes any further. I've even tried entering
localhost and the IP address of my test and real BBS.

I think you might need to update your strings file, there's a ton of
new ones :)
