I have a personal message base with that posts weather/statistics/etc
that I read & regularly delete from & then pack the message base. If using a newsreader to view the base I need to unsubscribe &
re-subscribe to see any new messages.
hptutil pack doesn't seem to work well at all, Golded often can't read
the base after using this utility. I have been using sqpack which does work but also renumbers the base.
