    I managed to get the BBS online and also connect it to fsxNet using Avon's videos.
    My BBS telnet address is apernevan.tk

    Regarding fsxNet, when I run fidopoll, only outbound messages get sent but no inbound messages or files get downloaded.
    The "Hello World" message I've sent made it to fsxNet General Chat so
    something works.
    Is this because I do not have a node number yet? I am using right now
    21:1/999. Any suggestions?

    I believe there is another node which is also using the 21:1/999 test
    address. It is possible that node had picked up any replies before you connected.

    The best thing to do, is apply for a node number. That way, you will know
    that you will be getting all of the mail coming through the network.

    Right now it is not online anymore. I broke something and I want to
    fix the
    server and after this I will post the address here.

    Correction, yesterday I stumbled upon one. I will check it out later but in rest I don't think anyone even remembers them :(

    There are a lot more users of computers and the internet these days, which includes people who never used BBSes.. :/
