    I'm starting to learn
    ANSI and playing around with making a font and shading it
    ... Any suggestions or tips to improve? I
    've gotmore of a technical background rather than
    artistic, so be nice please. =)

    First thing is you actually did it! Most people won't even try. You have the technique down with shading, now just keep doing it! There's some tutorials on the roy/sac page and a shit-ton of fonts to look over too.
