    If this isn't a typical 90s era Michael Purdy/Santronics response, I don't know what is:

    if thats not a contradiction, I dont know what is. TBH if i were to give this response to a room full of customers, I would be fired.

    When you make an accusation like this, you should quote the whole message so
    it can not be taken out of context.

    Being on the beta team, I know this message was about a specific issue you
    were having with one node using a specific software and not happening to another node using the same software.

    Your message comes over as a personal attack which isn't called for IMHO.
