    Zelenskyy appoints new heads for four regions

    President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed decrees appointing new heads of the Poltava, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, and Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administrations. The new chiefs will be officially introduced in the regions soon.
