    Title: Olive Garden Peach Moscato Chicken
    Categories: Poultry, Fruits, Wine, Vegetables
    Yield: 4 servings

    4 Boned, skinned chicken
    - breast halves
    Salt & black pepper; to
    - sprinkle
    1 c Peach preserves
    1 tb Soy sauce
    2 ts Dijon mustard
    1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/4 c Moscato wine

    Coat a grill pan or skillet with cooking spray and heat
    over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and
    pepper and place on grill pan. Cook chicken 10 to 14
    minutes, or until no longer pink in center, turning once
    during cooking.

    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, combine preserves, soy
    sauce, mustard, and garlic; heat 2 minutes. Stir in
    Moscato wine. Add chicken to skillet and heat 3 to 4
    minutes or until heated through.

    Title: Copycat Olive Garden Watermelon Moscato Sangria
    Categories: Wine, Fruits, Citrus
    Yield: 6 servings

    750 ml Moscato
    6 oz Ginger Ale
    6 oz Monin Watermelon Syrup
    4 c Ice
    3/4 c Sliced strawberries
    1 Orange sliced

    Wash and cut fruit into small slices.

    Pour Moscato into a large pitcher.

    Pour Ginger Ale and Watermelon syrup into a pitcher.
    Stir gently.

    Add ice to the pitcher, and stir gently.

    Add sliced strawberries and oranges.

    Serve with watermelon slices if desired.
