• Trump has been sued over his blatant corruption.

The move did not originate from the political sphere; rather, it came, somewhat surprisingly, from a crypto entrepreneur who feels aggrieved, arguing that Trump is shamelessly profiting from his office, a violation of the U.S. Constitution.

It takes a great deal of nerve to take legal action in the current political climate, especially given that the Supreme Court justices are inclined to favor Trump.

All Trump has to do is escalate the case to the Supreme Court as quickly as possible, and the justices will likely step in to save him once again.

Nevertheless, Benjamin Greenberg has a valid point. Trump's company has accepted vast sums of money from foreign states. Trump is actively soliciting business for his companies, something a president is strictly prohibited from doing.

No one said a word about it. Trump is the type of person who simply keeps pushing until he encounters resistance, at which point he threatens legal action. When you are immensely wealthy in the U.S., that approach can get you a long way.

Now, finally, someone has stepped forward who has the legal standing to pursue a case like this. I believe he has a strong argument that he has suffered damages as a result of this unfair competition.
