Trump states that Venezuela has agreed to a kind of buyout deal with
the US regarding the supply of $2 billion in oil. This apparently
allows Venezuela to prevent further US intervention?
What court would uphold a "deal" made under such duress? We've
kidnapped a sovereign head of state who, as such, has certain
immunities - and our president has already made not-so-thinly veiled
threats to Maduro's erstwhile successor?
