    During its broadcast of Trump's military parade, Fox News added a soundtrack of cheering. After all, the squeaking and creaking of the few tanks were unbearable to listen to. The empty stands were blurred so they weren't visible. This is how Fox News viewers in the US are manipulated.

    The squeaking, creaking tanks were vintage, historical war equipment. I
    would not expect them to be up to today's standards. They served their
    time and are museum/parade pieces now.

    FOX may have been manipulating their audience, but everyone who keeps
    bringing those old tanks up is being quite manipulative as well.

    I don't think the point is that the Sherman tanks were squeaky, it was that there was no noise made by the crowd at all.
