    - Amir Ali Hajizadeh - IRGC Aerospace Force Commander
    - Gholam Ali Rashid - Senior IRGC Commander
    - Mohammad Kazemi - IRGC Intelligence Chief
    - Fereydoun Abbasi-Davani - Nuclear scientist
    - Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi - Nuclear scientist
    - 4+ unnamed senior nuclear scientists

    No longer sounds like "preemptive"! =)))))))
