I've been having an issue with receiving TIC files. For some reasons, occassionally, the file transfer would be bad and my uplink would send
a new file which gets stored as .<number>.ZIP. i.e. Z1DAILY.1.Z30.
the old one Z1DAILY.Z30 would be a bad file (truncated file).
Can someone point out how I can troubleshoot this?
I can post my log also for that session and we'll see if we can get a better idea of what the problem is.

I wonder if TIC processing is not happening so files build up and get renamed?
