    Oh, I am sure some non-English speaking areas also regard the
    number 13 as unlucky for the same reason.

    LOL! I agree. It's a statue at Persepolis, Iran, taken when she was attending a medical conference there (well, not *there* but in Iran) a couple of years ago. Hence the outfit...
