Title: Mushroom Wild Rice

Yield: 8 servings
1 c Uncooked wild rice
1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Diced onion
1/2 c Diced bell pepper
1 1/2 c Chicken broth
1 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
Layer rice, mushrooms, onion, and bell peppers in slow
cooker. Add broth, oil, salt, and pepper.
Cover; cook on High 2 1/2 hours or until rice is tender
and liquid is absorbed.
Yield: 8 servings
