    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Rum Nog

    Yield: 6 Servings

    1 1/2 c Vanilla ice cream
    1 1/2 c Nondairy milk
    1/4 ts Nutmeg
    - freshly grated,
    - more for dusting
    - (optional)
    3 tb Dark rum (optional) -OR-
    1 ts Rum extract

    In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until
    smooth. Pour into 6 eggnog cups, dust with an extra bit of nutmeg, if
    desired, and serve at once.
