1/2 c Vegan mayonnaise (120 ml)
3 tb Ketchup (45 ml)
1/2 tb Yellow mustard (7.5 ml)
1 tb Sweet pickle relish (15 ml)
1 ts White vinegar (5 ml)
1/4 ts Garlic powder (0.5 g)
1/4 ts Onion powder (0.5 g)
1 pn Smoked paprika (optional)
Salt & black pepper;
- to taste
Preparation time: 5 minutes
This easy burger sauce is made with pantry staples, which means you
can mix it up anytime you need it for burgers, fries, wings and more!
In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, ketchup,
mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and
smoked paprika (if using).
Add a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper to taste. Mix
again until smooth and creamy.
For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 15 to 30 minutes before
serving to let the flavors meld. However, it can be used right away
if needed.
