    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Hamburger Goulash (Soul Burger Shag)
    Categories: Beef
    Yield: 1 Batch

    2 lb Ground beef
    1 lg Onion; chopped
    1 ts Black pepper
    1 ts Paprika
    1/4 ts Ground red pepper
    1/4 ts Salt
    15 oz Can tomato sauce
    29 oz Can tomatoes
    1/4 ts Sugar
    1 Pkg frozen okra;
    - cut in large slices
    1 Pkg frozen corn
    1 ts Accent

    In large skillet add first 6 ingredients, breaking up meat into small
    pieces. Cook slowly until onion and meat are brown.

    Now add next 5 ingredients and simmer until okra is tender. Add
    Accent and stir. Serve over steamed rice.
