Title: New England Style Blueberries

Yield: 8 Servings

1 c Sugar
2 ts Cinnamon
1 qt Blueberries
12 sl White bread
4 tb Butter

Combine sugar and cinnamon; stir in blueberries. Add 2 tb water.
Bring to a boil in a saucepan, set aside. Remove crusts from bread;
spread with butter. Cut bread into strips; line loaf pan with strips.
Alternate layers of blueberry mixture and bread strips, ending with
bread strips on top. Chill overnight; garnish with whipped cream.
