    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Christmas Fruit Salad
    Categories: Dairy, Fruits, Citrus, Nuts
    Yield: 14 servings

    3 Egg yolks; beaten
    3 tb Water
    3 tb White vinegar
    1/2 ts Salt
    2 c Heavy whipping cream;
    - whipped
    3 c Miniature marshmallows
    2 c Halved green grapes
    20 oz Can pineapple tidbits;
    - drained
    11 oz Can mandarin oranges,
    - drained
    10 oz Jar red maraschino cherries;
    - drained, sliced
    1 c Chopped pecans
    3 tb Lemon juice

    In a large saucepan, combine egg yolks, water, vinegar
    and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly,
    until mixture thickens and reaches 160┬░. Remove from the
    heat and cool; fold in whipped cream.

    In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add
    dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 24
    hours. If desired, top with additional marshmallows,
    grapes and cherries just before serving.

    Title: Coleslaw w/Poppy Seed Dressing
    Categories: Greens, Vegetables, Sauces
    Yield: 12 servings

    2 1/4 c Cabbage; shredded
    2 1/4 c Red cabbage; shredded
    4 1/2 c Carrots; shredded
    8 Green onions; chopped
    1 c Poppy seed salad dressing
    1/3 c Sunflower kernels

    In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots and green
    onions. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat.
    Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour. Just before
    serving, top with sunflower kernels.
