    Title: Biscuit Turkey Bake
    Categories: Poultry, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Herbs, Breads
    Yield: 5 servings

    10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
    - undiluted
    1 c Chopped cooked turkey or
    - chicken
    4 oz Can mushroom stems & pieces;
    - drained
    1/2 c Frozen peas
    1/4 c Milk
    ds (ea) ground cumin, dried
    - basil and thyme
    12 oz Tube refrigerated buttermilk
    - biscuits

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    In a large bowl, combine soup, turkey, mushrooms, peas,
    milk and seasonings. Pour into a greased 8-in. square
    baking dish; arrange biscuits over top.

    Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are
    golden brown.

    Title: Salsa Verde Chicken Casserole
    Categories: Poultry, Salsa, Vegetables, Cheese
    Yield: 6 servings

    2 c Shredded rotisserie chicken
    1 c Sour cream
    1 1/2 c Salsa verde; divided
    8 (6") corn tortillas
    2 c Chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c Minced fresh cilantro
    2 c Shredded Monterey Jack
    - cheese

    MMMMM---------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS--------------------------
    Additional salsa verde
    Avocado slices
    Thin sliced green onions
    Fresh cilantro leaves

    In a small bowl, combine the chicken, sour cream and 3/4
    cup salsa. Spread 1/4 cup salsa on the bottom of a
    greased 8" square baking dish.

    Layer with half the tortillas and chicken mixture;
    sprinkle with half the tomatoes, the minced cilantro and
    half the cheese. Repeat layers with the remaining
    tortillas, chicken mixture, tomatoes and cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, @ 400ºF/205ºC until bubbly, 20-25
    minutes. Serve with remaining salsa and toppings of
    your choice.
