The Red Green shows are also available on Yoo Toob. Also on Amazon's
Free Vee streaming service. I'm currently watching the longest running BritCom (and possibly longest running on all TV) Last of The Summer
    Wine.

I like that show, "Are You Being Served?", and "Faulty Towers" (aka
    "Farty Towels").

Also "Are You Being Served? Again" Fawlty Towers was too mawkish for my
taste - although I enjoyed the follow-on "Monty Python's Flying Circus"

    Title: Fawlty Towers' Cheese Salad
Categories: Greens, Pork, Cheese, Breads, Dairy
    Yield: 4 servings

12 sl Smoked bacon; in bite size
    - pieces
    2 oz Unsalted butter
    3 cl Garlic; crushed
4 sl Bread; crusts off, in 1/2"
    - cubes
    4 oz Stilton cheese; crumbled
    4 tb Mayonnaise
    3 oz Table cream
    Black pepper
    Mixed salad green

Cook the bacon in a pan for 7 - 8 minutes or until
    crisp.

Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbent
    paper.

Add the butter to the pan and melt.

Add the garlic and bread and cook for 3-4 minutes until
    crisp and golden.

    Drain on absorbent paper.

Mix the cheese (Stilton is a wonderful English
blue-veined cheese - you may substitute other
    blue-veined cheese) and mayonnaise together.

Stir in the cream and black pepper.

    Beat well to blend.

Mix the salad leaves, bacon and croutons together.

Place on serving plates, top with the dressing and
    serve.
