Dan, this echo is also used to help test things and always has been.
*nix timestamps and other message format items.

Okay, yeah. I mean, why use the FidoNet TEST echo, right? Use this
one. Makes perfect sense.

Near as I can tell, it's been dead for ages now. Same with any sort of fidonet development type echoarea(s).
