    Hello,

    Very quick this time. Reviewed by Apple and available for everyone.

    What was done in this new version

    Bugs:
    #B1 - Last-read jumps back when new mail arrives [DONE] [1.0.1]
    #B2 - Renaming a link doesn't update sidebar LINKS [DONE] [1.0.1]
    #B3 - Netmail body double-UTF-8-encoded on the wire (CRITICAL) [DONE] [1.0.1] #B4 - Echomail PKT names our AKA instead of the author [DONE] [1.0.1]
    #B5 - Echo tosser drops non-ASCII bytes in routing lines [DONE] [1.0.1]

    Improvements:
    #I1 - Byte-preserving tosser path via RawSDMFrame [DONE] [1.0.1]
