Modified Files:
exec/load/ircd/fileserv-catalog.js fileserv.md exec/tests/ircd/fileserv.js
Log Message:
ircd: match FileServ library filters by short name
Use library short names for IncludeLibs, ExcludeLibs and PublicLibs so Main selects the Main library even when its internal code prefix is empty. Directory filters continue to match full internal directory codes.
Parse export masks as comma-separated lists with surrounding whitespace trimmed, preserving spaces within names. Update configuration examples and cover empty prefixes, names containing spaces, exclusions and native guest ARS.
Validation: all 43 unit checks and 6 native BBS fixture checks passed; git diff --check passed.
