    Add missing window management APIs to X11, Wayland, and GDI backends

    X11: add setwinsize, setwinposition, and get_window_info.
    Wayland: add setwinsize (position APIs impossible in Wayland model).
    GDI: add setname (maps to settitle, like Win32 console backend).
