    Add convenience macros/functions strListPushPtr() and strListSplitNew()

    - strListSplitNew() is like strListSplit() except it erases the list first
    - strListPushPtr() is like strListPush() except it doesn't allocate/copy the
    argument, just adds the pointer to the list
