    Makes a weather listing that is displayed to the user like wttr.in
    doesn't need an api. i was playing around with it creating files for websites But you should probably comment that part out.

    this has given me an idea for a wttr.in to Wildcat bbs display
    bukketn generator, since wcBASIC comes with a wget example. But
    using pur wcBASIC instead of shelling out to wget.
