  • VB.NET Library

    I was wondering if anyone had a VB.NET library for IRC or any other protocal laying around.
    I am looking into making a GUI for my IRC server. Just a simple standalone application build in VB.NET . I have seen afew in C# and I know you can use an online converter but not everything can be converted all the time.

    Learning C# is not an option. I have tried for over a year now, and I still just cant wrap my head around it. It seems that I can not get use to using C# or something. It look like C# and PHP are simular and I love PHP. But, C# is just out of my learning curve I guess.

    Anyway, If anyone has any nice librarys laying around and would like to share. Please let me know.

    Bit late on this response... there's circ and smartirc3net among others.. there was a decent open-source IRC client in C# (winforms, not WPF) a few years back, it had some bugs that made it unusable for me, but had a nice direction to it.
