  • hack and slash

    So, anyone remember that old bbs doorgame "Hack and Slash"? It is still relatively supported. The author, Robert Hurst, has ported it to linux/unix. I'd love to be able to run this game on my bbs! However, there are a few issues. BTW, I would really appreciate if Deuce could take a look at this :)

    1 - I can't get the damn thing to compile. I'm no programmer lol.
    2 - It is set up to be a standalone server, with no frontend.

    So, AFAIK, if someone could get this to compile and read a door.sys, we should be good, right?

    since rick parrish is so active with usurper/32, gameserv, ftelnet and
    htelnet, maybe he would be interested?
