  • using getty to answer phone

    is anyone else using getty to pick up the line? i finally got a working setup but i fear i missed something, getty has a username prompt that i could not get around so i take the username there and pass it into a telnet session localhost

    for may years i use mgetty and create a shell that telnet localhost
    you cas add a usar called "bbs" and set it thee custom shell you must
    use -E parameter for tlenet to avoid to exit to telnet> prompt
