Stepping Stone BBS at vintagebbsing.com is now back on-line! There have been tremendous amount of down time since I started using Synchronet software back in 2009 and apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused due to try to connection and what-not. Remember this is a hobby and one I don't plan on giving up on. It's been a struggle but I am set on perseverance and keep it going even if it has been offline from time to time.

There are plenty of message bases, files and games to check out, so if you've got the time, come check it out. I also host an alternative BBS with FidoNet support namely Nightfall Ordain BBS on port 8080 for HTTP, 2323 Telnet and
2121 FTP. Not to mention Nightfall is a FileGate hub with gigabytes of data dating decades of information.

I don't have a status as to who Steve is setup with, I believe my system. For some reason my system goes down, Steve, you have the option of getting the Whisper-Echo-Net messages from our good friend Lord Time. I hope you like it as much as I think you like it. Haha I got blown up by a quasar blast in the BBlink game. Then my escape pod got quasar blasted on its way to the Stardock.

Yup this one has the potential of being a total time waster you get hooked to :-P

It has to be hard for a newcommer in an actual ongoing game with active players.

Yeah, the longer the game plays out the harder the game gets it seems like unless you're really good at it. Nothing like floating around in an escape
pod and getting blasted by a quasar!

I'm glad you've been playing! If you didn't notice, I increased the amount
of turns and gave you a little bonus to your ship and those new comers with more cargo holds for trades. Encourage your friends to come play! Time
well spent enjoying the company of others is a good thing.

It has to be hard for a newcommer in an actual ongoing game with active players.

It is, I haven't played that much in awhile, I play occassionally on my
board and sometimes on a few others, but that's about it. I might play on
my board to keep it going with us two waiting for others to join in on the
fun.
