: Funtopia BBS first became active in the 1990s, running RemoteAccess +
McMail. It hosted a variety of files and FTNs, such as SpeedNet and
RaveNet, over just one analogue modem dial-up line. This was all
managed by a 386 DX 33 MHz Olivetti computer with a 540 MB HDD and an
Elsa Microlink modem.:
