Hello apam,

You didn't link to the echo until *after* you posted this test
message from my system, so your system most likely would not have
gotten it.
That's odd, Areafix had said it was linked and I did get the test
message. Maybe not being linked properly is why i've been having
trouble sending messages.
Did you by chance access Areafix twice? The netmail reply Areafix sent you in my logs were from 00:21 or something like that. But your message in this echo was timestamped earlier than that, and my logs rotate nightly. I didn't bother unpacking my log from yesterday though.. so if you did hit Areafix a couple times, it's possible you did link prior to your test post and I just didn't see
it.
Sorry for the trouble. I'm setting up a Synchronet System to try and recreate this setup to figure out the problem. My tests with fidonet
were crashmail to crashmail which worked, but possibly SBBSECHO is a little more picky.
Are you seeing binkd send off your packets/bundles to my system? If so, give me
a timestamp and I'll try to pinpoint what's going on, but if you aren't sending
anything here, then there is nothing for my system to process.
Take a look in your outbound.02e folder. If there's a bundle (or more) in there, it was never sent. So maybe binkd is misconfigured in that it isn't seeing your proper outbound directory?
Regards,
Nick
